Reserving items
If an item is currently on loan or being processed, you can reserve it free of charge.
Here's how reservations work:
You reserve the item online via the Library Catalogue.
We'll email you when it's ready for collection.
Collect the item personally before the expiry date shown on your reservation notice.
Notes:
You can only reserve items with an 'On Loan' or 'In-Process' status. Items that are 'Available' or 'On Order' can't be reserved.
Reserved items must be collected personally — someone else can't collect on your behalf.
You can cancel a reservation at any time via the Library Catalogue.
